This workshop is for mothers who are looking to have a day to focus on themselves in a supportive peer environment. Time spent with horses, nature and yoga are included in this experience.
Participants will explore important skills such as:

* Working/Life Balance
* Strength Building
* Equine Assisted Psychotherapy - EAGALA model
Experience the therapeutic power of horses, in a facilitated equine assisted psychotherapy EAGALA model group session. Immerse yourself in nature and get in touch with your senses through yoga meditation.

This workshop will be facilitated with the EAGALA model. All activities with the horses are done on the ground - NO RIDING - no previous horse experience required.
Workshops will be facilitated at our Guest House at 6857 Third Line Rd. S. Kars ON, K0A 2E0 and the afternoon at the farm facility at 7405 Third Line Rd. S. Kars, ON, K0A 2E0
Please dress according to the weather. Workshops will be facilitated in our indoor arena or outdoors weather permitting with the horses.
